Personal data that we process

NewDawn processes your personal data you provide to us by using our services and / or by providing it directly to us yourself.

NewDawn processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To call or e-mail you if necessary to carry out our services
• answering any requests, queries or inquires you may submit on our website;
• maintaining and improving the website as well as to ensuring its security;
• recruitment purposes related when you submit a resume for a job application online:
• compiling aggregate statistics regarding the use of the website.

These purposes are justified by our legitimate interest to make sure that we ensure quality when interacting with you.

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. How long we store personal data

NewDawn does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

• If you are an existing client, we will keep your personal data as long as our contractual and/or business relationship lasts and five (5) years after our business relationship ends.
• If you are a prospect with no business relationship yet, we will not keep your data for longer than five (5) years after you last contacted us.
• If you are a candidate or contractor we will not keep your data for longer three (3) years after you shared the information.
• The data we may collect for the security, maintenance and improvement purposes mentioned above will not be kept longer than one (1) year after collection.

Sharing personal data with third parties

NewDawn shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. NewDawn remains responsible for these processing operations. NewDawn also provides your personal data to other third parties. We only do this with your express permission.

1. With other entities of the NewDawn group

NewDawn is a global network organization. We have distinct legal entities (e.g., country subsidiaries) in different parts of the world and our internal processes and generally cross-country borders. Accordingly, you should be aware that we may share your personal data with other entities of NewDawn Group and transfer it to countries in the world where we do business, including those located outside the European Union (EU).

2. Third-party suppliers
